Hello, my name is Aunee and I am a soap addict.
I've been hooked for about 8 months now. It all started pretty innocently. I was watching TV one afternoon and saw Lisa Chouinard making melt and pour soap. I was completely mesmerized by her and all things soap. A couple of days later I was at my local crafts store buying my first mp base, fragrances, colors, and molds.
Soon, what the craft store had to offer wasn't enough. I scoured the internet and found other sources, and better products. Oh, what fun!! My friends and family have been very supportive, and I have now learned how to make cold process soap. I made my first batch of CP January 1, '09, and now have 7 successful batches under my belt.
I don't know where I'm going with this.....but I like it a lot....a LOT. I have a lot to learn......Let's just see where this year goes!

hi aunee, wow thats great would love to see sum pics of your soap, good luck with your soapmaking. i love using my own soap & giving it away. lisa

When putting in photos are you clicking on the little picture icon just next to ABC (just above the text when you open a new post)? Its the one 3 in from the right. If you try adding in photos that way it should work. Good luck! :)
